Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
CurioLab respects the privacy of learners, families, educators and visitors. This policy explains how information is handled on this early-stage website and during our pilot.
Information we collect
If you contact us or request early access, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, role and message. This static website does not create an account or directly store form submissions; the early-access form opens your email application.
Pilot and product data
Participants accepted into a CurioLab pilot will receive a separate, specific notice describing what learner profile, activity, response and progress information is collected. Where a child participates, we will seek the permissions required from a parent, guardian or participating institution before collecting personal information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate pilot interest, operate and improve CurioLab, support participants, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use trusted infrastructure and communication providers to host the website and respond to enquiries. They process information only to provide their services to us and under their own applicable terms.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We use proportionate safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have shared, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
